Sonoclot have been proposed as a superior tool to rapidly diagnose and help guide resuscitation in blood products Sepsis. Secondly, derrangement in coagulopathy after the onset of sepsis is of paramount importance because of increased mortality after the onset of sepsis. Patients ACLF (Acute on Chronic Liver Failure) with sepsis are most helpfull diagnosis by the Sonoclot. Then the effect of sepsis on their coagulation and haematopoietic cellular responses will be reduced. Thus the effect of sepsis on the progression and outcome of patients with ACLF (Acute on Chronic Liver Failure) will be most preferable by using the Sonoclot.
However, routine coagulation analyses failed to indicate an improvement after plasma exchange and the Sonoclot predicted a normalising trend and a positive outcome earlier than routine coagulation analysis.
